Located in the “Heart of Squaw Valley”, site of the 1960 Winter Olympics, Graham’s offers a unique and memorable dining experience! Novices and expert skiers all agree, Squaw Valley offers one of the best and most challenging mountains to ski in North America and is a “must ski” destination. Entering its twentieth year of business in Lake Tahoe, Graham’s is the original home of the “First Family of Squaw”, Skiing Pioneer and US National Ski Hall of Fame Member Wayne Poulsen and wife Sandy.
Graham’s features a mix of California and Mediterranean Cuisine and less than a quarter mile from the slopes.
As well as the varied cuisine, Graham’s has been recognized by The Wine Spectator with the “Best of the Award of Excellence” since 2001.
Graham’s offers affordable “Fine Dining.” and a menu to suit any appetite. The main dining has high vaulted ceilings centered on a large floor to ceiling river rock fireplace and offers intimate dining. The upstairs bar area, our personal favorite, is a more casual, fire place illuminated setting with the feel of a European Bistro where the conversation flows as freely as the signature cocktails and the extensive wine list The menu changes nightly. We offer Steaks to Seafood, Cassoulet to Braised Rabbit and Apple Tart Tatin to Fresh Fruit Sorbets. If an entrée doesn’t suit you create your own feast combining a variety of appetizers and small plates. Whatever your occasion or appetite Graham’s will leave you dreaming about your next visit.
As if this isn’t enough, we have The Christy Lodge with six rooms attached to the restaurant and you can complete your stay with us. All the rooms have private bathrooms and faux fireplaces providing warmth and a glowing ambiance to a restful nights sleep.
