ABOUT THE AREA
"The Northshore" Townhouse complex is located at the north shore of beautiful Lake Tahoe, two miles east of Tahoe City. It consists of 52 townhomes, situated on 25 acres of wooded pines and fir, together with original mountain vegetation. Amenities include approximately 400 feet of private beach, a 192 foot pier, swimming pool, tennis courts, and bocce ball.
During the ski season, you are just 15 minutes Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows, two of the premier Tahoe ski areas. A single lift ticket provides access to both resorts, and the Squaw/Alpine Express offers between mountain transportation every 20-30 minutes.
Please note: The Northshore Townhouse Association has implemented a 3% community use fee for all rentals that is based on the total rental amount. There is also a release of liability and indemnity agreement that must be signed, prior to guest arrival.
This home may be equipped with outdoor surveillance cameras that are utilized for security and bear activity in the area. These cameras in no way infringe upon guests' privacy, and monitor exterior portions of the home exclusively.
Please be advised the decks and BBQ grill may NOT be available during the winter months.
We recommend purchasing 3rd party trip insurance if you have concerns about canceling your reservation.
Holiday Booking Policy
CHRISTMAS - Check-In must be by December 20th, 21st, or 22nd. There is a 5 to 7 night minimum stay required. (Must check out by December 28th at latest, to allow 7 days for a New Years Reservation.)
**No Check-Ins or Check-Outs on December 24th, 25th
NEW YEARS - Check-In must be on December 27, 28, or 29. There is a 7 night minimum stay required.
**No Check-Ins or Check-Outs on December 31st or January 1st
