Lake Forest Glen, North Shore of Lake Tahoe,Ca. 1 mile East of Tahoe City.  Please note there is Parking for two cars only.
The living room has a newer sofa and two comfy recliners, that provide the perfect place to watch TV  and enjoy the wood burning fireplace.

The main living area is located downstairs with a full kitchen with new dishwasher,washer and dryer, dining area and half bath.  The dining area seats six with three more bar stools at the breakfast bar.  

Upstairs are three bedrooms.  The master has a queen bed, and lots of closet space.  Bedroom two has a queen bed and the final bedroom has a double bed. There is also an upstairs full bath.

Lake Forest Glen is a nicely landscaped condominium complex with a year-round HOA hot tub, jungle gym play area and a large gazebo for picnics and gatherings.

Lake Forest Glen is close to shopping, restaurants, entertainment, rafting, skiing, etc. Walk to Lake Tahoe from the unit to a small, seldom-used beach just down Bristlecone Street~ bring a lunch - nice picnic area and beach.  Also walkable to Skylandia State Park beach and pier.

Lake Tahoe is a very special place. Come and enjoy. The home is located in Lake Forest Glen, very close to Tahoe City.  Bike into town, walk to two beaches.  The complex has two swimming pools open during the summer months, one for adults, one for families and a year-round hot tub.  There are also tennis courts, lovely grounds, and a playground.

2 Cars can be parked in front of Condo, and 1 in the overflow lot. (3 max) - Additional cars subject to a daily fee of $100

Please note: This home may be equipped with outdoor surveillance cameras that are utilized for security and bear activity in the area. These cameras in no way infringe upon guests' privacy, and monitor exterior portions of the home exclusively.

We recommend purchasing 3rd party trip insurance if you have concerns about canceling your reservation.

Quiet pool and Spa (hot tub and sauna) will be closed for renovations starting 4/26/22. The renovations may take 6-8 weeks. The HOA does not have a specific date for when the work will be completed. The Family Pool (west pool) will be available and will be opening around 5/20/22.

Holiday Booking Policy

CHRISTMAS - Check-In must be by December 20th, 21st, or 22nd. There is a 5 to 7 night minimum stay required. (Must check out by December 28th at latest, to allow 7 days for a New Years Reservation.)
**No Check-Ins or Check-Outs on December 24th, 25th

NEW YEARS - Check-In must be on December 27, 28, or 29. There is a 7 night minimum stay required. 
**No Check-Ins or Check-Outs on December 31st or January 1st
