Lakeview Lodge Description
Lake View Lodge is a modern mountain home with a beautiful sunny half wrapped deck and a lake view. With wood floors, white walls and an open floor plan, this home is bright and clean.
The top level great room encompasses the entire upstairs, with windows all around looking out over the trees with a gorgeous lake view giving the space a tree top elevated feel. The great room is centered around a stove which keeps the room toasty, with plenty of seating to relax, watch TV or stare out into the great blue lake and surrounding mountains.
As you walk in to this home, on the upper level you enter the living and dining area. This is a large open room leading directly into the kitchen giving it a grand room feel. The living room sliding glass doors open up to the deck and the lake can be viewed just by sitting on the couch! There are two bathrooms upstairs. The master room has a king bed and a bathroom attached. The second bathroom upstairs serves the kids bedroom. Try opening up the upstairs bath windows, you won't be disappointed with the view! Downstairs there is a master bedroom with a bathroom.
The two car garage can be accessed via the downstairs as well.
**Disclaimer** - please be advised that this home has a steep and short driveway. Vehicles lower to the ground may not be able to drive in. It may be slick and icy in winter months- please plan accordingly. (Street parking is NOT allowed )
This home is located conveniently minutes outside of Tahoe City with close by beaches, bike trails, hiking and so much more.
Skylandia beach is only a 10 minute walk from the home.
Home is equipped with both a Nespresso (Keurig style) coffee maker, and a traditional drip coffee pot.
There will be a $100 pet fee plus tax for 1 dog upon approval.
PLEASE NOTE: This home may be equipped with outdoor surveillance cameras and electric bear fencing that are utilized for security and bear activity in the area. These cameras in no way infringe upon guests' privacy, and monitor exterior portions of the home exclusively. Decks and BBQ grills may NOT be available during winter months, exterior areas may be icy. This home is not equipped with AC. Per Placer County Short term rental laws, quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am, and no street parking is permitted at any time, including boats and trailers. We recommend purchasing 3rd party trip insurance if you have concerns about canceling your reservation.
Holiday Booking Policy
CHRISTMAS - Check-In must be by December 20th, 21st, or 22nd. There is a 5 to 7 night minimum stay required. (Must check out by December 28th at latest, to allow 7 days for a New Years Reservation.) **No Check-Ins or Check-Outs on December 24th, 25th
NEW YEARS - Check-In must be on December 27, 28, or 29. There is a 7 night minimum stay required. **No Check-Ins or Check-Outs on December 31st or January 1st
