Daisy's Delight Description

From the moment you drive up to this Chamberlands cabin, you know you have found a perfect retreat.  The home sets well back from the road and is surrounded by the tall, fragrant pines. Up a few steps is the nice size sunny deck, which provides the perfect outdoor entertainment area. The deck has a gate, so is ideal for families with small children.

The great room has soaring pecky cedar ceilings, big windows to take in the forest view, and an open plan that welcomes your family. There is nice, newer furnishings including carpet, a flat screen TV and wood burning stove to keep you toasty in the winter.  There is a nice dining table to gather around that seats about six with four more at the breakfast bar.  The kitchen has a dishwasher and has plenty of counter space. There is a bedroom with a queen bed and full bath on this main living level. There's a small washer/dryer unit, however due to it's configuration, it doesn't wash or dry thoroughly, so please plan accordingly.

You access the upstairs with a circular stairway.  There is a good size bedroom upstairs with a queen bed and a bunk set with a twin on top and a double below.  The upstairs has been updated with venetian finishes on the walls, and a nice bathroom, with a lovely tiled shower.

This home has full access to Chamberlands pool, beach and tennis - season typically goes from Fathers Day weekend through Labor Day.  A free shuttle is available in the summer months.  

Please be advised the decks and BBQ grill are NOT available during the winter months.

All reservations 7/1 - 9/1 are required to be Sunday - Sunday. 

PLEASE NOTE: This home may be equipped with outdoor surveillance cameras and electric bear fencing that are utilized for security and bear activity in the area. These cameras in no way infringe upon guests' privacy, and monitor exterior portions of the home exclusively. Decks and BBQ grills may NOT be available during winter months, exterior areas may be icy. This home is not equipped with AC. Per Placer County Short term rental laws, quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am, and no street parking is permitted at any time, including boats and trailers. We recommend purchasing 3rd party trip insurance if you have concerns about canceling your reservation.   Wells & Bennett Realtors requires $500 of your reservation total due upon booking and the remainder due sixty days prior to check-in.


Life guards will be on duty daily beginning Saturday June 17 through Monday September 6 from 10am to 6pm.  
Shuttle Bus will run daily except Tuesdays July 2 thru Sunday August 15 and Sept 4 & 5 from 11am to 5pm.
Membership card required for access to private beach - No Exceptions.


Pool opens June 17th 2023
The use of the public beach does not require a membership card.

Cancellation Policy / Cancellation fee: If cancellation is made more than 60 days of arrival, a cancellation fee of $100 plus the 4% booking fee will be applied.
If the cancellation is made within 60 (or less) days of arrival, the entire rent will be retained unless Wells and Bennett Realtors is able to re-rent the specified property.
If the property is re-rented, a cancellation fee of $100 plus the 4% booking fee will still apply, but the remainder of rent will be refunded after the replacement guests have checked out.

Holiday Booking Policy
CHRISTMAS - Check-In must be by December 20th, 21st, or 22nd. There is a 5 to 7 night minimum stay required. (Must check out by December 28th at latest, to allow 7 days for a New Years Reservation.) **No Check-Ins/Outs December 24th, 25th 
NEW YEARS - Check-In must be on December 27, 28, or 29. There is a 7 night minimum stay required.  **No Check-Ins or Check-Outs on December 31st or January 1st
