AVAILABLE AS A MONTHLY SUMMER LEASE from June 1,2024 to Nov 1, 2024; $8000 a month, $8000 deposit. DOLLAR POINT AMMENITIES INCLUDED. Monthly rate does not include cleaning and other fees. Online bookings are not accepted, signed lease is required. Please inquire for more information.

This home is perfect for your Lake Tahoe getaway, featuring 3 bedrooms, den, and 2 1/2 baths. In the great room area, there is a 40” HDTV, and beautiful comfortable recliners in front the stone fireplace with gas insert. There is a very spacious great room with an open floor plan adjacent to the kitchen island, perfect for entertaining the whole family. There is both a sunny front deck, and a back deck off the dining area equipped with propane grill.
 
The king Master suite is also on this main living level with an en-suite bath with a separate vanity area with dual sinks and a tub/shower combo. There is also a powder room off the great room.
 
Downstairs is a large family room complete with a gas fireplace and wet bar. Just off this family room is an enclosed hot tub area that opens out into the backyard. There is a full guest bath and two more bedrooms downstairs. Don't forget your favorite pooch...it's also DOGGIE FRIENDLY!! 

For nearby beaches, check out Skylandia beach located in the Lake Forest neighborhood, Commons beach located in the heart of Tahoe City, or Sugar Pine State park down the west shore. 

If you are a biking enthusiast...the bike trail starts just around the corner and will take you all the way to either Sugar Pine Point or Palisades Tahoe. 
 
Speaking of Palisades Tahoe... Winter is fantastic and this cabin is only a mere 15-minute drive to the resorts of Alpine Meadows and Palisades Tahoe, and if you prefer NorthStar it is a 20-minute drive. This home has very easy access in the winter, it has a two car garage and level parking outside the garage for two additional vehicles. The garage also has ski racks.  After a long day of activities, relax in the enclosed outdoor hot tub, or sit by the fire in either the living room or den. If you can't leave home without your computer, it also has high speed internet with Wi-Fi.

DOLLAR POINT HOA AMENITIES ARE NO LONGER AVAILABLE FOR SHORT TERM GUEST ACCESS/ USE.

There will be a $100 pet fee plus tax for 1 dog upon approval.

PLEASE NOTE: This home may be equipped with outdoor surveillance cameras and electric bear fencing that are utilized for security and bear activity in the area. These cameras in no way infringe upon guests' privacy, and monitor exterior portions of the home exclusively. Decks and BBQ grills may NOT be available during winter months, exterior areas may be icy. This home is not equipped with AC. Per Placer County Short term rental laws, quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am, and no street parking is permitted at any time, including boats and trailers. We recommend purchasing 3rd party trip insurance if you have concerns about canceling your reservation.   Wells & Bennett Realtors requires $500 of your reservation total due upon booking and the remainder due sixty days prior to check-in.

Cancellation Policy / Cancellation fee: If cancellation is made more than 60 days of arrival, a cancellation fee of $100 plus the 4% booking fee will be applied.
If the cancellation is made within 60 (or less) days of arrival, the entire rent will be retained unless Wells and Bennett Realtors is able to re-rent the specified property.
If the property is re-rented, a cancellation fee of $100 plus the 4% booking fee will still apply, but the remainder of rent will be refunded after the replacement guests have checked out.


Holiday Booking Policy

CHRISTMAS - Check-In must be by December 20th, 21st, or 22nd. There is a 5 to 7 night minimum stay required. (Must check out by December 28th at latest, to allow 7 days for a New Years Reservation.)
**No Check-Ins or Check-Outs on December 24th, 25th

NEW YEARS - Check-In must be on December 27, 28, or 29. There is a 7 night minimum stay required. 
**No Check-Ins or Check-Outs on December 31st or January 1st
