This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom -pet friendly- cabin comes fully furnished with new modern furniture & bedding; gray wash hardwood floors, remodeled baths with shower over tub; front deck; wood burning fireplace & a gas furnace; mud room for all your summer or winter gear; full sized washer/dryer; cozy well lit bedrooms; dining area; fully equipped remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances & kitchen Island featuring new downdraft gas range & bar seating. Bear fencing is also included for extra security at this property.
(Home is pet friendly to one dog that meets our standard pet requirements- over 2 years old, will not be left alone in the home at any time, nor allowed on furniture.)

This home features a pass to all Tahoe Park HOA amenities which include beach access, pier access, and a fenced grass play area. You are also walking distance to Fire Sign Café, a short ride to Sunnyside Restaurant & Lodge, 15-20 minutes to Palisades Tahoe ski area, and surrounded by endless hiking and biking trails.
There will be a $100 pet fee plus tax for 1 dog upon approval.
PLEASE NOTE: This home may be equipped with outdoor surveillance cameras and electric bear fencing that are utilized for security and bear activity in the area. These cameras in no way infringe upon guests' privacy, and monitor exterior portions of the home exclusively. Decks and BBQ grills may NOT be available during winter months, exterior areas may be icy. This home is not equipped with AC. Per Placer County Short term rental laws, quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am, and no street parking is permitted at any time, including boats and trailers. We recommend purchasing 3rd party trip insurance if you have concerns about canceling your reservation.
Cancellation Policy / Cancellation fee: If cancellation is made more than 60 days of arrival, a cancellation fee of $100 plus the 4% booking fee will be applied.
If the cancellation is made within 60 (or less) days of arrival, the entire rent will be retained unless Wells and Bennett Realtors is able to re-rent the specified property.
If the property is re-rented, a cancellation fee of $100 plus the 4% booking fee will still apply, but the remainder of rent will be refunded after the replacement guests have checked out.
