Two nice size decks are on this level to enjoy soaking up the sun and Tahoe outdoors. There is a deck off of the dining room with Gas BBQ and is a perfect spot to stay cool. The second deck is off the great room has no rear neighbors, with a lovely forest view and a peek of nearby Lake Tahoe.
The spacious kitchen is a chef's delight featuring a huge island with breakfast bar, a gas range, all stainless steel appliances and custom tile backsplash. The open plan lends itself very nicely to entertaining the whole gang. Also on this main living level is a large master suite, and a hall half bath. The location of this home is wonderfully convenient to many Tahoe outdoor excursions and activities. The home is only 1/2 mile from beautiful Sandy Beach in Tahoe Vista and 3/4 of a mile from Tahoe Vista Recreation Area Boat Launch and Beach. Remember to stop by Cable Car Ice Cream in the middle of Tahoe Vista is your visit is in the summer! You're only a couple of miles from Kings Beach's shopping, dining and excitement. Take a short stroll up Estates Drive into the North Tahoe Regional Park where you can hike, bike, have a picnic, use the tennis courts, take the kids to the playground, or visit Tahoe Treetop Adventures for an aerial outdoor adventure with zip lines! In the winter, there is a terrific sledding hill, snowmobile rentals, snowshoeing, and groomed cross-country ski trails! You can also drive 5 minutes around to the main entrance of the park. The free parking lot at Northstar is only 12 minutes away, and Tahoe Cross Country Ski Resort, 10 minutes.
PLEASE NOTE: This home may be equipped with outdoor surveillance cameras and electric bear fencing that are utilized for security and bear activity in the area. These cameras in no way infringe upon guests' privacy, and monitor exterior portions of the home exclusively. Decks and BBQ grills may NOT be available during winter months, exterior areas may be icy. This home is not equipped with AC. Per Placer County Short term rental laws, quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am, and no street parking is permitted at any time, including boats and trailers. We recommend purchasing 3rd party trip insurance if you have concerns about canceling your reservation.
Cancellation Policy / Cancellation fee: If cancellation is made more than 60 days of arrival, a cancellation fee of $100 plus the 4% booking fee will be applied.
If the cancellation is made within 60 (or less) days of arrival, the entire rent will be retained unless Wells and Bennett Realtors is able to re-rent the specified property.
If the property is re-rented, a cancellation fee of $100 plus the 4% booking fee will still apply, but the remainder of rent will be refunded after the replacement guests have checked out.
