A Savant Place.... is, simply put... mountain perfection and could be on the cover of Mountain Living Magazine. This is an Ideal Homewood Lake Tahoe Vacation Rental. From the moment you walk into to the slate entry way, you will be impressed with the craftsmanship and designer decor of this home. Upstairs is the main level of the home with an open plan great room with high paneled bamboo ceilings, river rock- wood burning fireplace and lovely, high end furnishings. The dining room is to the left of the great room and seats up to 12 people under a lovely chandelier. Just off the great room is a comfortable deck for enjoying the Tahoe evenings with patio furniture and a gas BBQ. The huge kitchen is a chef's delight with a 4 burner gas stove, bamboo wood flooring, granite countertops and all stainless appliances. The breakfast bar is a great spot for four people to enjoy watching the cook at work. PLEASE NOTE: The firewood in the garage is not for guest use. 

On the main level there is a guest bedroom with a queen bed and a beautifully done, hall guest bath with a tub/shower combo. The Master suite is on the main level as well with a queen bed, and huge en-suite master bath including jetted tub, large separate walk in shower and two sinks.

Downstairs are two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two twins. There is another large, full bath with two sinks and a tub/ shower. There is also a cozy family room with flat screen TV that opens onto another private deck with a Marquis hot tub.

The backyard is a fabulous retreat with a covered lower deck, paver patio, lovely grassy yard and the best bocce ball court on the west shore.

This home has an ideal west shore location, 5 minutes from Homewood Ski Area, less than a mile to the west shore's most desirable beach, Chambers Landing public beach (this home does NOT have access to the Chamberlands pool, beach) Great great back country access to McKinney Rubicon wilderness, located just around the corner for unlimited hiking, mountain biking, cross country or snow shoe trails.

Holiday Booking Policy

CHRISTMAS - Check-In must be on December 20th, 21st, or 22nd. There is a 5 to 7 night minimum stay required. (Must check out by December 28th at latest, to allow 7 days for a New Years Reservation.)
**No Check-Ins or Check-Outs on December 24th, 25th, 26th

NEW YEARS - Check-In must be on December 27, 28, or 29. There is a 7 night minimum stay required. 
**No Check-Ins or Check-Outs on December 31st or January 1st
