Ann's Chalet Description

WINTER LEASE 2021 $2500 - OCT to MAY 1ST 2022-

This is a very special and sweet home that you will fall in love with and want to return time after time.  The fully landscaped yard is a private sanctuary and provides the ideal spot to relax and enjoy the outdoors.  

The light filled living room has large picture windows on three side that brings to outdoor in and enjoy the forest views and watch the snow fall. The living room has a classic Tahoe feel with high beamed ceiling which are accented by a handmade canoe, and wood burning pot belly stove. The kitchen is charming with granite tile countertops, a gas stove, Saltillo tiles, and a built in table surrounded by big windows. 

There is a nice bedroom with a queen bed and lots of storage.  There's a full bath with a hand painted Talavera sink with a tub shower combo. 
Upstairs is a large loft with two queen beds and a queen futon. 

This home's location is just perfect, walk to Hurricane Bay Beach, Sunnyside Resort and great hiking right in the neighborhood at Ward Creek State Park.  Rideout Community Center is a block away with activities for the whole family.

California is prone to wildfires. Please be advised that we don't move, cancel, or refund reservations due to air quality or smoke in the area as this is out of our control. 

Like the vast majority of homes in the Tahoe area, please be advised that this home has no A/C.

Holiday Booking Policy
Christmas- 5-7 night minimum stay required. Must check out by 12/28 at latest, to allow 7 days for a New Years Reservation
New Years- 7 night minimum stay required. 
NO CHECK-INS, OR CHECK-OUTS ON 12/24, 12/25 OR 1/1.
