Casa Garibaldi is a spacious, beautifully decorated, bright, warm, and welcoming Kingswood Estates home. This home is perfect for extended families with a spacious living room with a TV, and kitchen and dining room on the main, entry level. Step through the sliding glass door onto the large deck with outdoor furnishings and a gas BBQ.
Upstairs are three bedrooms: the Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, king-size bed, and a private deck with cozy 3-person hot tub. There is a family room/game room with foosball table that separates the Master from the other two bedrooms and another full bathroom. The additional upstairs bedrooms are a queen-bedroom and a room with 4 twin beds. There are 4 flat-screen tv's throughout the home.
The lower level, below the main/entry level, is the bonus room with a gas, non-wood burning stove and access to a large back yard. This could be used as a game room, family room, and/or another bedroom and would work well for older children, looking for their own space. There are twin bunks and a sofa bed in this lower level, and another full bathroom. The home has a two-car garage with level entry to the home.
With access to all North Tahoe has to offer, you are just a mile and a half to Kings Beach and 10 minutes to Northstar!
