This Northshore Townhome rents with a Sunday to Sunday arrival-departure only from June 25 to August 20. Only Sunday to Sunday patterns will be confirmed during this timeframe. 

Absolutely beautiful home, all newly remodeled lakefront unit at the Northshore Townhomes.   The owner spared no expensive in the full remodel of this stunning home, which includes all new top of the line kitchen and baths. 

The great room has stunning lake views and features two seating areas, one with a lake view and the other with a wood burning fireplace to keep it cozy. The owner is an amazing cook and actually writes cookbooks, so the kitchen is nicely stocked and sink/prep area has a great lake view! The kitchen/living and dining room are open to each other and leads to a lake view deck for outdoor living.

One bedroom on the first level with an en-suite bath - perfect for the older guests in your group. The remaining bedrooms are upstairs. Bedrooms two and three have two twins each and a full guest bath.  The lake view master retreat is spacious and features a king bed, nice seating area, large en-suite bath with two sinks and vanities and a separate shower area. The home has full access to the Northshore Townhome's pool, tennis, and private beach, which is located just a short stroll away.

Please be advised the decks and BBQ grill are NOT available during the winter months.

Please note: The Northshore Townhouse Association has implemented a 3% community use fee for all rentals that is based on the total rental amount. There is also a release of liability and indemnity agreement that must be signed, prior to guest arrival.

This home may be equipped with outdoor surveillance cameras that are utilized for security and bear activity in the area. These cameras in no way infringe upon guests' privacy, and monitor exterior portions of the home exclusively.

We recommend purchasing 3rd party trip insurance if you have concerns about canceling your reservation.

Holiday Booking Policy.

CHRISTMAS - Check-In must be by December 20th, 21st, or 22nd. There is a 5 to 7 night minimum stay required. (Must check out by December 28th at latest, to allow 7 days for a New Years Reservation.)
**No Check-Ins or Check-Outs on December 24th, 25th

NEW YEARS - Check-In must be on December 27, 28, or 29. There is a 7 night minimum stay required. 
**No Check-Ins or Check-Outs on December 31st or January 1st
