This completely updated Kingwoods Townhome is the ideal base for all your Tahoe Adventures. The open plan great room features high ceilings, a wood burning fireplace, a new wall mounted 48" big screen TV, beautiful hardwood floors, a big country dining table that seats 8 and lovely mountain lodge furnishings. The great room opens onto a deck with a patio set. The new kitchen has black granite counters, stainless steel appliances and is open to the great room - ideal for entertaining the family! This unit is three levels, the mid level has the great room, kitchen, an updated full bath with granite counters and tiled walk-in shower. There is also a sleeping alcove with a twin bed. Upstairs there is a large loft with a queen bed, and sofa bed for extra sleeping. The first floor has the large Master with a king bed, sitting area and opens on to a second deck. There is a guest bedroom, also with a king bed. There is a second full bath with all new tile work, a separate shower area with a tub/shower combo. There is TV and cable in both bedrooms room. The complex boasts a lovely pool for summer use, a work out room, par course, basketball hoop and tennis courts. Kingswood Village has an ideal location, just 10 minutes to NorthStar, one mile to a golf course and one of Tahoe best beaches at Kings Beach State Park. Add it all up, and you've found the perfect home for all your Tahoe getaway!

Please note: This home may be equipped with outdoor surveillance cameras that are utilized for security and bear activity in the area. These cameras in no way infringe upon guests' privacy, and monitor exterior portions of the home exclusively.
Please be advised the decks and BBQ grill may NOT be available during the winter months.

We recommend purchasing 3rd party trip insurance if you have concerns about canceling your reservation.

CHRISTMAS - Check-In must be on December 20th, 21st, or 22nd. There is a 5 to 7 night minimum stay required. (Must check out by December 28th at latest, to allow 7 days for a New Years Reservation.)
**No Check-Ins or Check-Outs on December 24th, 25th

NEW YEARS - Check-In must be on December 27, 28, or 29. There is a 7 night minimum stay required. 
**No Check-Ins or Check-Outs on December 31st or January 1st
