Kell's Cabin Description

Step into the cozy living room and heat up by the gas stove, or settle in to the comfy leather sofas to enjoy the game or a movie on the large flat screen TV. The dining area has a lovely custom table that can seat 6 to 8 people. The well-appointed kitchen is a chef's delight with stone counter tops, a gas range and cabinets with custom pull out features. The large laundry area is on this lower level. Just outside is a private patio with Gas BBQ. New oven/ range, washing machine & dryer, dishwasher (2022) and refrigerator (2021). Pet friendly to one dog, or 2 dogs under 35lbs, upon approval!All three bedrooms are upstairs. The spacious master suite with king bed, en-suite bath, and walk-in closet. There are two more bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two twins. A second full bath upstairs completes this home. This home is the perfect base for all your Tahoe adventures and is close to Tahoe Cross Country Ski Area, Alpine Meadows, Palisades Tahoe, Tahoe City, a variety of dining options, beaches within walking distance, and everything Tahoe has to offer.
The Lake Forest Glen condo complex features two swimming pools, tennis courts, a playground in the summer. The complex has a hot tub and sauna that stay open year-round. Two great sandy beaches are a short walk away and there is a nearby bike trail into Tahoe City.
2 Cars can be parked in front of Condo, and 1 in the overflow lot. (3 max) - Additional cars subject to a daily fee of $100
PLEASE NOTE: This home may be equipped with outdoor surveillance cameras and electric bear fencing that are utilized for security and bear activity in the area. These cameras in no way infringe upon guests' privacy, and monitor exterior portions of the home exclusively. Decks and BBQ grills may NOT be available during winter months, exterior areas may be icy. This home is not equipped with AC. Per Placer County Short term rental laws, quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am, and no street parking is permitted at any time, including boats and trailers. We recommend purchasing 3rd party trip insurance if you have concerns about canceling your reservation.
