SKI LEASE Oct Nov or December for $3000 per month. $6000 deposit. Sorry no pets or smoking. We do require a written lease, two month deposit, credit check, previous local ski lease references and ask that you come see the home prior to committing to a lease. No homes will be leased sight unseen. Please note monthly rate does not include power, gas, internet/cable, snow removal. Power and gas are typically put in the tenants name and other costs are collected up front. Ski leases can not be booked on line - please contact Wells and Bennett Tahoe City to proceed. Full ski lease rent balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. We are open 7 days a week to assist you in finding the ideal winter home.
