This two story home features 4 bedrooms, two baths, an eat in kitchen and cozy living room with plenty of comfortable seating in front of gas fireplace and flatscreen TV. The lower floor also has two bedrooms each with a queen bed and a full bath with a tub shower combo. There's a covered south facing front porch and big deck to enjoy the Tahoe outdoor life. Upstairs are two more bedrooms. The first is an open sleeping area with two twins and a double bed. The final bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed. There is a big level driveway that can park up to 4 cars. The location is ideal - just minutes from Tahoe City. If you are living/working in Tahoe full time, our occupancy requirements are one person per bedroom, or three people.
