Our accounting department tracks the flow of money according to state and local laws. We handle payments to all county transient occupancy taxes and offer a convenient direct deposit payout to you. You can access your financials through our intuitive owner portal software system. You will have your own personal login and can access through desktop or through our owner app! We deduct any necessary costs from vendors or cleaners from your homeowner statement at the end of every month; this frees you from writing a check back to us for maintenance and cleaning expenses.

Our trusted cleaning and maintenance crews are all licensed and bonded and have worked for us for many years. We match a cleaning team to your home so they get to know you and your home. Intuitive mobile applications are utilized by our housekeeping staff to keep us informed of your home’s status while they are in the field. They can also report any maintenance issues, even send us photos, which are relayed onto our maintenance staff. We prepare each home prior to a guest's arrival by inspecting your home before and after each rental. Each guest enjoys a complete amenity package on their arrival, which includes: paper towels, facial and bathroom tissue, bar soap, shampoo and conditioner, laundry soap, dish soap, a new kitchen sponge, and dishwasher soap.

We partner with Key Concierge to offer guests a variety of services - from grocery delivery and in-house chefs, to Brewery tours and outdoor excursions showcasing the best of North Lake Tahoe. After booking with us, all guests receive access to the concierge site, where they can fill out a short survey of their interests and choose from the recommended options. Key Concierge charges a small booking fee and handles all scheduling and coordination with vendors, so your guests are guaranteed an elevated experience without any logistical hassles.
