Welcome home to this extra cozy Tahoma cabin tucked away at the end of 9th Ave and bordering the endless recreation of Ed Z’berg Sugar Pine Point State Park. This skillfully updated & tastefully furnished 3 bedroom 2 bathroom mountain home will please any small group or family looking for the perfect winter adventure.

At the home: As you enter you will immediately notice many great upgrades including lovely new furnishings, knotty alder flooring, huge granite kitchen open to the living area, with a Minka Aire ceiling fan to help the central heating quickly warm up the entire space and a new flat screen TV for movie night after a long day in the forest or at the lake. The extra-large kitchen is well equipped with a nice dining table, double stainless-steel sink, knotty pine cabinets, granite tile countertops, side by side refrigerator with water & ice, dishwasher, Jenn-Air electric stove top over a convection oven with downdraft exhaust, countertop microwave, toaster-oven, coffee maker, electric tea kettle and all the necessary kitchen wares to whip up an amazing meal.

As you move through the home you will find a large master bedroom with luxurious King Coil queen mattress on a beautiful pine wood bed frame with matching nightstands and a large dresser as well as ample closet space.  The master has an en suite bath tastefully updated with slate tile floors, counter tops, tile surround with shower over tub and vanity with storage.  The second slightly smaller bedroom also has a luxurious queen-sized King Koil mattress on a new pine wood bed frame & ample closet space. Third bedroom / office has a desk & very comfortable convertible full sized futon. There is a hall bath for these two bedrooms that’s also been updated with slate tile flooring, countertops, tile surround shower over tub and vanity with storage.  Finally, there’s a large laundry room with full sized washer & dryer.

In the Neighborhood:  This home is in a serene location surrounded by conservancy lots and a few lovely neighboring homes. Just steps away from your front door is access to Sugar Pine Point State Park and the Tahoe National Forest for hiking and mountain biking in the summer and cross country skiing and snow shoeing in the winter.  Just a few blocks away are the conveniences of the charming little town of Tahoma which includes the new and highly acclaimed Dog and Bear Tavern / Restaurant, the “Where We Met” coffee and gelato shop, Cult Burger, the newly remodeled and upgraded Tahoma Market and deli, the Tahoma Post Office & more. There are also many fine West Shore restaurants nearby for dining out & Tahoe city is only 15 minutes & offers many more dining and shopping options.  Homewood Mountain resort is your closest ski area with Palisades Tahoe & Alpine Meadows just 20-30 minutes away.
