JR’s place is a well-loved family cabin in the Chamberlands neighborhood of Tahoma. This cabin is comfortable, well thought out, and spacious enough for two families to enjoy a fabulous Tahoe vacation with full access to the Chamberlands amenities.
At the house you will find ample parking in the summer months for vehicles & boat trailers to bring all of your lake toys. As you enter the home you will immediately notice the open concept living with a cozy Tahoe vibes. The well stocked kitchen was recently remodeled with granite counter tops & modern stainless steel appliances while retaining the old Tahoe charm. The dining room off the kitchen is equipped with a wet bar and seating for 8-10. There is also a kitchen table with seating for 4. The main living area has a cozy sectional couch with a flat screen entertainment unit that is perfect for watching the game or your favorite movie with the family.
On this main level you will also find a Cal-King bedroom with flat screen TV; hall bath with double sinks and stand-up shower; an enclosed heated porch with sectional couch, flat screen TV & gas fireplace; laundry room with full sized washer/dryer; and a huge deck with gas grill and deck furniture.
Upstairs you will find the very spacious master bedroom with recently updated en suite bath. This luxurious space is sure to please any guest with a king sized bed, gas fireplace, his & hers closets, glass slider out to private balcony, double sinks, jacuzzi tub, and walk-in shower. On this level you will also find a hall bath with double sinks & a tub/shower combo. This bath is shared by the other 3 upstairs bedrooms. One has 3 queen beds, one has 2 twins, and the 3rd has one queen bed.
PLEASE NOTE: This home may be equipped with outdoor surveillance cameras and electric bear fencing that are utilized for security and bear activity in the area. These cameras in no way infringe upon guests' privacy, and monitor exterior portions of the home exclusively. Decks and BBQ grills may NOT be available during winter months, exterior areas may be icy. This home is not equipped with AC. Per Placer County Short term rental laws, quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am, and no street parking is permitted at any time, including boats and trailers. We recommend purchasing 3rd party trip insurance if you have concerns about canceling your reservation. Wells & Bennett Realtors requires $500 of your reservation total due upon booking and the remainder due sixty days prior to check-in. We automatically add Vacation Rental Accidental Damage Insurance to your reservation. This costs $45 total. If you want to satisfy our Accidental Damage Insurance requirement another way, you can reach out to us and opt in for a refundable security deposit of $3,000 on the card we have on file for the reservation.
Cancellation Policy / Cancellation fee: If cancellation is made more than 60 days of arrival, a cancellation fee of $100 plus the 4% booking fee will be applied.
If the cancellation is made within 60 (or less) days of arrival, the entire rent will be retained unless Wells and Bennett Realtors is able to re-rent the specified property.
If the property is re-rented, a cancellation fee of $100 plus the 4% booking fee will still apply, but the remainder of rent will be refunded after the replacement guests have checked out.
Holiday Booking Policy:
