Dollar Point Quest Description

ONE MONTH LEASE AT $8000/MONTH - AVAILABLE June 15, 2024 - July 16, 2024 - ACCESS TO DOLLAR POINT AMENITIES. Additional refundable security deposit & cleaning fees will be added. Please contact Wells and Bennett at info@tahoerentals.com to book this rental. Online bookings are not accepted. 

This comfortable family friendly home in Dollar Point features 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and sleeps 7. One dog is welcome on approval.

The open plan great room has plenty of seating for everyone to gather and enjoy the big stone wood burning fireplace.  The great room has high ceilings to let in the light and watch the snow fall outside and a queen sofa sleeper for extra guests.  The great room has two sliding doors that open onto the big deck that overlooks the grassy yard which is perfect for the kids to run and play while the adults fire up the gas BBQ.  There is a new deck and top of the line Marquis Hot tub.

There are two bedrooms on this main living level: one with a twin bed and trundle and the other with a queen bed.  There's a full bath as well.

Upstairs is a large loft with a new pool table that overlooks the great room, and two bedrooms, both with private balconies to enjoy the fresh mountain air. The master has a king bed and attached half bath. The final 4th bedroom has a double bed. There is a second full bath off of the loft.

Just minutes from the home is access to miles of beautiful, paved bike trails that are separated from the road and go to Tahoe City, down the West Shore, as well as out to Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows.  If you prefer something more adventurous there are also miles of mountain bike trails close by. For nearby beaches, check out Skylandia beach located in the Lake Forest neighborhood, or Commons beach located in the heart of Tahoe City.

Please be advised the decks and BBQ grill are NOT available during the winter months.

There will be a $100 pet fee plus tax for 1 dog upon approval. 

DOLLAR POINT HOA AMENITIES ARE NO LONGER AVAILABLE FOR SHORT TERM GUEST ACCESS/ USE.

PLEASE NOTE: This home may be equipped with outdoor surveillance cameras and electric bear fencing that are utilized for security and bear activity in the area. These cameras in no way infringe upon guests' privacy, and monitor exterior portions of the home exclusively. Decks and BBQ grills may NOT be available during winter months, exterior areas may be icy. This home is not equipped with AC. Per Placer County Short term rental laws, quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am, and no street parking is permitted at any time, including boats and trailers. We recommend purchasing 3rd party trip insurance if you have concerns about canceling your reservation.   Wells & Bennett Realtors requires $500 of your reservation total due upon booking and the remainder due sixty days prior to check-in.

Cancellation Policy / Cancellation fee: If cancellation is made more than 60 days of arrival, a cancellation fee of $100 plus the 4% booking fee will be applied.
If the cancellation is made within 60 (or less) days of arrival, the entire rent will be retained unless Wells and Bennett Realtors is able to re-rent the specified property.
If the property is re-rented, a cancellation fee of $100 plus the 4% booking fee will still apply, but the remainder of rent will be refunded after the replacement guests have checked out.

Holiday Booking Policy
CHRISTMAS - Check-In must be by December 20th, 21st, or 22nd. There is a 5 to 7 night minimum stay required. (Must check out by December 28th at latest, to allow 7 days for a New Years Reservation.) **No Check-Ins or Check-Outs on December 24th, 25th
NEW YEARS - Check-In must be on December 27, 28, or 29. There is a 7 night minimum stay required.  **No Check-Ins or Check-Outs on December 31st or January 1st
