The spacious garage gives guests the convenience and security of covered parking and entry to the home. As you enter you will find the first bedroom equipped with two twin beds, walk-in closet, ensuite bath, and huge windows that showcase the home's incredible views. Just down the hall is a convenient 1/2 bath right off the living area. The living area is cozy yet open to the kitchen/dining area all with the same unforgettable lake views. The large open wood burning fireplace (with gas starter!) will quickly warm the entire space and provide a wonderful cozy ambiance for the whole family to enjoy. The large deck is THE place to hang out to watch with boats go by, and sit and enjoy a glass of wine while the lake reflects the stunning sunsets. Keep your eyes open for the Bald Eagles who love to fish just below this home!

Per Placer County Short term rental laws, quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am, and no street parking is permitted at any time, including boats and trailers.
