It features a deluxe private hot tub that seats 6 under a covered deck with scenic views into the wooded back yard. Lovely quiet wooded neighborhood. Not far from the Hwy 89 bike path as well.Enjoy the updated kitchen with new granite counters, and a brand new Frigidaire stove! All the cooking gadgets and resources are available including a gas BBQ on the back deck. The cabin has 2 decks (front and rear) and a big old-fashioned pot belly stove for your enjoyment. Furnishings, bedding and floorings updated regularly. Downstairs bathroom is newly remodeled and home features a house pressure booster to ensure nice strong showers even when dishwasher/ washing machine are running. There are four bedrooms, two upstairs and two downstairs, all with queen beds. Newer Flat screen TV in Living room and kitchen. There are three more TVs in this home. The yard is fenced - great for the dog and kids to safely play.
Walk to the Tahoe House for coffee or lunch. Take a bike ride down the magical West Shore, and take a dip in the lake along the way, or explore beautiful Blackwood Canyon. Pedal the other direction to Tahoe City for the Farmer's Market, shopping, dining and fun.
Only a 15 minute drive to Palisades Tahoe or Alpine Meadows. Proximate to sledding at Granlibakken, snowshoeing through Blackwood Canyon, or you can build a snowman and have a snowball fight in the back yard! Tahoe Cross Country Ski Area is a short ten-minute drive, affording miles of scenic groomed Nordic trails, just 5 miles from this home.
There will be a $100 pet fee plus tax for 1 dog upon approval.

These cameras in no way infringe upon guests' privacy, and monitor exterior portions of the home exclusively. Decks and BBQ grills may NOT be available during winter months, exterior areas may be icy. This home is not equipped with AC. Per Placer County Short term rental laws, quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am, and no street parking is permitted at any time, including boats and trailers. We recommend purchasing 3rd party trip insurance if you have concerns about canceling your reservation. Wells & Bennett Realtors requires $500 of your reservation total due upon booking and the remainder due sixty days prior to check-in
Cancellation Policy / Cancellation fee: If cancellation is made more than 60 days of arrival, a cancellation fee of $100 plus the 4% booking fee will be applied.
If the cancellation is made within 60 (or less) days of arrival, the entire rent will be retained unless Wells and Bennett Realtors is able to re-rent the specified property.
If the property is re-rented, a cancellation fee of $100 plus the 4% booking fee will still apply, but the remainder of rent will be refunded after the replacement guests have checked out.
