3 Bedroom 2 bathroom modern cabin home. Your next family vacation awaits, among this lovingly decorated, timeless mountain escape. Guests have access to Tahoe Park's private beach, piers, park and other amenities.

Step into your favorite mountain cabin away from it all. You will be greeted by plush and comfortable sofas and chairs beckoning you to set your worries aside and relax. The wood burning stove will warm up winter days and nights, and the high ceiling in the living room will lift everyone's spirits any time of year. Turn on a movie or the game on the flat screen TV, or enjoy family time playing one of the board games you'll find here. The dining area has a table that seats six, and nearby is the stone-counter breakfast bar with three additional seats that look into the kitchen. Meal making times will be a delight in the well-appointed and comfortable kitchen where granite counters, stainless appliances, and a coffee station are featured. There are one queen bedroom and one bathroom on this level. There is a BBQ on the deck for grilling up a mound of food on those long summer nights. Wander upstairs to the loft area and sit comfortably with a book. You will also find two more bedrooms and a bathroom on the upper level: one queen bedroom and one bunk room with queen below and twin above beds.

The whimsical mountain cabin style decor throughout, will remind everyone that it's Tahoe time. You won't even need to leave the neighborhood to enjoy hiking, mountain biking, cross-country skiing or snowshoeing! Paige Meadows and points beyond are a short walk from the house. Guests may enjoy the private amenities of Tahoe Park Beach: beach, 2 piers, kids swim area, bbq pits, picnic tables, bocce ball, volleyball, basketball, horseshoe pits and a playground.

You are just minutes from Homewood, Alpine Meadows, Palisades Tahoe and Tahoe XC ski areas, as well as the Tahoe City ice rink and sled hill. Tahoe City is just up the road for a day in the sun at Commons Beach or great dining, shopping and sight seeing. Make Tahoe Mountain High your next favorite base camp for all the adventure and leisure you and your family deserve! Garage is not available for guest use.

Pets are prohibited.

PLEASE NOTE: This home may be equipped with outdoor surveillance cameras and electric bear fencing that are utilized for security and bear activity in the area. These cameras in no way infringe upon guests' privacy, and monitor exterior portions of the home exclusively. Decks and BBQ grills may NOT be available during winter months, exterior areas may be icy. This home is not equipped with AC. Per Placer County Short term rental laws, quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am, and no street parking is permitted at any time, including boats and trailers. We recommend purchasing 3rd party trip insurance if you have concerns about canceling your reservation.

Cancellation Policy / Cancellation fee: If cancellation is made more than 60 days of arrival, a cancellation fee of $100 plus the 4% booking fee will be applied.
If the cancellation is made within 60 (or less) days of arrival, the entire rent will be retained unless Wells and Bennett Realtors is able to re-rent the specified property.
If the property is re-rented, a cancellation fee of $100 plus the 4% booking fee will still apply, but the remainder of rent will be refunded after the replacement guests have checked out.


Holiday Booking Policy
CHRISTMAS - Check-In must be by December 20th, 21st, or 22nd. There is a 5 to 7 night minimum stay required. (Must check out by December 28th at latest, to allow 7 days for a New Years Reservation.)**No Check-Ins or Check-Outs on December 24th or 25th
NEW YEARS - Check-In must be on December 27, 28, or 29. There is a 7 night minimum stay required. **No Check-Ins or Check-Outs on December 31st or January 1st
