Tree House is named because of it's beautiful views of the surrounding trees. You do feel as if you are in a tree house in this tri-level town home. This Villas town home is simply lovely, outfitted in tranquil, calming colors of warm grays and pale blues. Two bedrooms, plus loft, sleeps 6 and two and a half baths. The center floor has a nice living space with a sectional sofa, a breakfast bar that seats three, a wood burning fireplace and cathedral ceilings.
The kitchen opens to the living room with a gas stove and dishwasher. The open plan dining area seats 6. There is a small half-bathroom at the entry way. Upstairs is a full bathroom and loft bedroom with two twins. Downstairs there are two nice bedrooms, one with a Cal king bed and the other with two twin beds. There is a full bathroom on this lowest level, and a washer and dryer.
The home location is ideal, just a mile or two from Tahoe City. The complex boasts a summer time pool and tennis courts. There is a bike and walking trail right in front of the complex just across the highway that's perfect for a walk or bike into town. Skylandia State Beach beach is less than a mile away.
HOA does not allow renters to use BBQ's - NO BBQ access at this property.
Cancellation Policy / Cancellation fee: If cancellation is made more than 60 days of arrival, a cancellation fee of $100 plus the 4% booking fee will be applied.
If the cancellation is made within 60 (or less) days of arrival, the entire rent will be retained unless Wells and Bennett Realtors is able to re-rent the specified property.
If the property is re-rented, a cancellation fee of $100 plus the 4% booking fee will still apply, but the remainder of rent will be refunded after the replacement guests have checked out.
PLEASE NOTE: This home may be equipped with outdoor surveillance cameras and electric bear fencing that are utilized for security and bear activity in the area. These cameras in no way infringe upon guests' privacy, and monitor exterior portions of the home exclusively. Decks and BBQ grills may NOT be available during winter months, exterior areas may be icy. This home is not equipped with AC. Per Placer County Short term rental laws, quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am, and no street parking is permitted at any time, including boats and trailers. We recommend purchasing 3rd party trip insurance if you have concerns about canceling your reservation.
