This end unit condo is located in the convenient Lake Forest Glen complex right outside of Tahoe City on the north shore. You are close to dining, shopping, ski areas, and the lake. In the summer, you have access to the HOA swimming pools, tennis courts, and hot tub. There is one pool for adults and one for families. The hot tub is available year round and is open for family use. this location is walkable to two beaches: beautiful Skylandia State Park & Beach with pier, and Lake Forest Beach.
This 2-bedroom unit has an updated kitchen and updated bathrooms. There is a breakfast bar at the granite counter to easily serve meals direct from the kitchen, or to chat with the cook while they are busy cooking up a storm. The comfy sofa and armchairs are situated to watch the large flat-screen TV, or to cozy up with a book while the gas fireplace comfortably heats the room. There is one full bathroom with shower on the entry level. There is a nice quiet back deck area that is fenced with a BBQ to enjoy dining outdoors in the fresh mountain air. Upstairs are two bedrooms that share a full bathroom in the hall. The queen bed is new and the second bedroom has two twins.

Quiet pool and Spa (hot tub and sauna) will be closed for renovations starting 4/26/22. The renovations may take 6-8 weeks. The HOA does not have a specific date for when the work will be completed. The Family Pool (west pool) will be available and will be opening around 5/20/22.

CHRISTMAS - Check-In must be by December 20th, 21st, or 22nd. There is a 5 to 7 night minimum stay required. (Must check out by December 28th at latest, to allow 7 days for a New Years Reservation.)
