Tahoe Swiss Village chalet with plenty of room for everyone. This 2100 sq. foot home has a detached two car garage and a family room with a pool table. The home is three stories with the main living/great room being level with the street. The open floor plan, great room features a gas fireplace, cathedral ceilings and plenty of windows to let in the light and watch the snow fall. This main level also has a laundry room, full bath and two bedrooms, one with a new queen bed and the second bedroom with two twins.
Upstairs (top floor) has a large bedroom with 4 twins, all with trundles and can sleep 4 - perfect for kids. There is also a bath with shower on this floor.
Downstairs features a family room complete with a pool table, wet bar, stand up piano and a wood stove. There is also a fourth bedroom with two twins beds and a full bath. There is also a second deck for outdoor fun and new gas BBQ.
This home is located in Tahoe Swiss Village and has access to a private beach and pier included. HOA Buoy available to rent.
The Homewood Ski Area is only a two min drive away, so this home is an ideal winter home as well.
PLEASE NOTE: This home may be equipped with outdoor surveillance cameras and electric bear fencing that are utilized for security and bear activity in the area. These cameras in no way infringe upon guests' privacy, and monitor exterior portions of the home exclusively. Decks and BBQ grills may NOT be available during winter months, exterior areas may be icy. This home is not equipped with AC. Per Placer County Short term rental laws, quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am, and no street parking is permitted at any time, including boats and trailers. We recommend purchasing 3rd party trip insurance if you have concerns about canceling your reservation.
There will be a $200 pet fee plus tax for 1 dog upon approval.
Cancellation Policy / Cancellation fee: If cancellation is made more than 60 days of arrival, a cancellation fee of $100 plus the 4% booking fee will be applied.
If the cancellation is made within 60 (or less) days of arrival, the entire rent will be retained unless Wells and Bennett Realtors is able to re-rent the specified property.
If the property is re-rented, a cancellation fee of $100 plus the 4% booking fee will still apply, but the remainder of rent will be refunded after the replacement guests have checked out.
