This recently remodeled Chamberlands home is an excellent modern mountain home with everything you need for your perfect Tahoe getaway! Enjoy full access to Chamberlands private swimming pool, beach and tennis courts. This spacious home has new furnishings, kitchen, bathrooms, hardwood floors, carpeting, lighting, paint inside and out, as well as a new deck and walkway.

Enter the main living level into an inviting open plan great room that is an ideal gathering space for your group. The colors of the forest outside are echoed by the home's soothing color palette of warm grays and taupes. The great room features hardwood flooring, a comfy sectional to enjoy the gas fireplace and watch the game on a sizable flat screen TV. The Restoration Hardware dining table is crowned by a lovely Williams Sonoma chandelier and seats up to 8 with 4 more seats at the breakfast bar. The cooks in your group will enjoy preparing big meals in the kitchen featuring quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances and especially the gas stove. The kitchen island simplifies prep and serving all of your feasts, and affords easy interaction between those in the kitchen and the rest of the great room space. Just off the great room is a spacious deck space to enjoy the fresh air and mountain sunsets. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom on this main level: one bedroom with a king bed and the second with a queen bed. Upstairs there is a big loft that will be a kids delight with air hockey table, TV and sofa.  Also, upstairs there is a huge bunk room that sleeps up to 6, with three bunk sets: two bunks have twins and one has a twin bed on top and a double below. Patio furniture includes: 2 Adirondack chairs, 2 recliners, table and 6 chairs, gas BBQ and extra plastic chairs in garage. 

This home comes with a new washer and dryer, wifi, cable TV, and an EV Charger (14-50 plug, 240V, 50AMP). You will thoroughly enjoy full access to the private Chamberlands pool, beach and tennis courts. Free shuttle service to the beach/pool or it's about a 10 minute walk. This home rents Sunday to Sunday only in peak summer months.

Pets are prohibited at this home.

Please be advised the decks and BBQ grill are NOT available during the winter months.

The maximum occupancy of this home includes a limit of 8 adults ages 16 and older, per Placer County regulations.
This Chamberlands home rents with a Sunday to Sunday arrival-departure only from the last week of June to last week of August. Only Sunday to Sunday stays will be confirmed during this time frame.

PLEASE NOTE: This home may be equipped with outdoor surveillance cameras and electric bear fencing that are utilized for security and bear activity in the area. These cameras in no way infringe upon guests' privacy, and monitor exterior portions of the home exclusively. Decks and BBQ grills may NOT be available during winter months, exterior areas may be icy. This home is not equipped with AC. Per Placer County Short term rental laws, quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am, and no street parking is permitted at any time, including boats and trailers. We recommend purchasing 3rd party trip insurance if you have concerns about canceling your reservation.   Wells & Bennett Realtors requires $500 of your reservation total due upon booking and the remainder due sixty days prior to check-in.


Life guards will be on duty daily beginning Saturday June 17 through Monday September 6 from 10am to 6pm.  
Shuttle Bus will run daily except Tuesdays July 2 thru Sunday August 15 and Sept 4 & 5 from 11am to 5pm.
Membership card required for access to private beach - No Exceptions.
The use of the public beach does not require a membership card.

Cancellation Policy / Cancellation fee: If cancellation is made more than 60 days of arrival, a cancellation fee of $100 plus the 4% booking fee will be applied.
If the cancellation is made within 60 (or less) days of arrival, the entire rent will be retained unless Wells and Bennett Realtors is able to re-rent the specified property.
If the property is re-rented, a cancellation fee of $100 plus the 4% booking fee will still apply, but the remainder of rent will be refunded after the replacement guests have checked out.

Holiday Booking Policy
CHRISTMAS - Check-In must be by December 20th, 21st, or 22nd. There is a 5 to 7 night minimum stay required. (Must check out by December 28th at latest, to allow 7 days for a New Years Reservation.) **No Check-Ins or Check-Outs on December 24th, 25th
NEW YEARS - Check-In must be on December 27, 28, or 29. There is a 7 night minimum stay required. **No Check-Ins or Check-Outs on December 31st or January 1st
