The great room features an open plan, with high ceilings, beautiful furnishing a a big creek stone wood burning fireplace. The chef's kitchen has a big center island - perfect for entertaining the gang. There is a nice deck in the front and another in the back with a new gas BBQ.
Both of the king bedrooms are located upstairs, along with the sitting area with a TV upstairs.
Downstairs are two more bedrooms with one with two twins and second bedroom with a bunk set.
Perfect for that Tahoe vacation!
Please be advised the decks and BBQ grill are NOT available during the winter months.

This Chamberlands home rents with a Sunday to Sunday arrival-departure only from the last week of June to last week of August. Only Sunday to Sunday stays will be confirmed during this time frame.

CHRISTMAS - Check-In must be by December 20th, 21st, or 22nd. There is a 5 to 7 night minimum stay required. (Must check out by December 28th at latest, to allow 7 days for a New Years Reservation.)
**No Check-Ins or Check-Outs on December 24th, 25th
NEW YEARS - Check-In must be on December 27, 28, or 29. There is a 7 night minimum stay required.
**No Check-Ins or Check-Outs on December 31st or January 1st
Please keep in mind that during *winter months homes are not guaranteed a snow free deck or a shoveled BBQ grill space due to the large amounts of snow that we receive. Also, some homes may only be accessible through the garage, as some of these homes architecture make the snow slide from the roof onto the walkways. Welcome to the mountains!
