Beautiful Northshore Townhome in lakefront complex near Tahoe City. Located on the lawn with excellent views of the grounds and the lake. Main level features an open plan great room with big windows to take in the view and two seating areas to enjoy.  Lovely décor, new carpets and hardwood floors all add to the comfort and livability of this home. Great room opens onto the lake view deck and steps right out onto the lawn.  Just down the path and stairs you will find the private beach, pier to enjoy. Great for families.  There is also a private pool and tennis courts to enjoy. 

There are 4 bedrooms, one with a queen and en-suite bath downstairs. Three bedrooms are located upstairs and include two bedrooms with 2 twin beds each, a hall guest bath and then there is the spacious master suite with king bed and en-suite bath.

Great location, near Tahoe City which is the center of North Shore activities, shopping and dining. 

**SUNDAY TO SUNDAY RESERVATIONS ONLY

This home may be equipped with outdoor surveillance cameras that are utilized for security and bear activity in the area. These cameras in no way infringe upon guests' privacy, and monitor exterior portions of the home exclusively.
Please be advised the decks and BBQ grill may NOT be available during the winter months.

We recommend purchasing 3rd party trip insurance if you have concerns about canceling your reservation.  We automatically add Vacation Rental Accidental Damage Insurance to your reservation.  This costs $45 total. If you want to satisfy our Accidental Damage Insurance requirement another way, you can reach out to us and opt in for a refundable security deposit of $3,000 on the card we have on file for the reservation.

Holiday Booking Policy

CHRISTMAS - Check-In must be by December 20th, 21st, or 22nd. There is a 5 to 7 night minimum stay required. (Must check out by December 28th at latest, to allow 7 days for a New Years Reservation.)
**No Check-Ins or Check-Outs on December 24th, 25th

NEW YEARS - Check-In must be on December 27, 28, or 29. There is a 7 night minimum stay required. 
**No Check-Ins or Check-Outs on December 31st or January 1st
