This beautifully maintained home, is located right off 267 above Kings Beach in Kingswood, just minutes from both Northstar and Kings Beach State Park.  The setting is very quiet, private, backs to greenbelt and on a cul-de-sac The oversized two car garage will be a pleasure to use in the winter, with interior stairs to the home.  No shoveling your cars out and plenty of room to storage your gear.

This spacious home will impress you from the moment you enter.  The entry and halls feature hand done quartz stone flooring which leads you to the great room.  The great room features soaring ceilings and a wall of windows to enjoy the forest view and watch the snow fall.  The gracious open plan is ideal for entertaining with a dining table that can seat 8-10 and three more the breakfast bar. The center piece of the great room is the round Swedish style fireplace that can be enjoyed from all angles.  The large, very well stocked kitchen has 11 feet of counter space, and a breakfast bar to serve up pancakes. Just outside is a nice south facing deck with gas BBQ. 

There are two nice sized bedroom on the main living level and a large guest bath.  The first bedroom has two twin beds and the second has a queen bed and twin bunk set.  The twin room has an older TV with VCR and nice library of kids videos. Perfect for the children!  

Upstairs are two generous sized master suites, both with king beds, his and hers closets and large en suite baths with dual sinks, jetted tubs and separate showers. 

The living room and three of the bedrooms have TV and there is WIFI as well.
