Smiths Villa Description
This Villas tri-level townhome has a terrific location, just one mile from Tahoe City and is close to everything! You can walk or ride bike into town on the paved bike trail in the summer and Skylandia Beach is approximately 1 mile away. Palisades Tahoe is a 10 minute drive.
The open plan great room has high ceilings, big windows, wall mounted flatscreen TV over the wood burning fireplace. There's a dining table that seats 6 and two more at the breakfast bar. The kitchen opens into the great room and has a dishwasher, gas stove and all the basics you'll need. This clean and comfortable home has nice tasteful, newer furnishings, a washer, dryer, TV/cable and internet. There is a loft with a double bed above the kitchen with is accessed by a tall ladder and is not advisable to use unless you are young, fit and not afraid of heights. If your group is six people, please be aware of this and plan accordingly.
The downstairs level has two bedrooms, the first bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has two twins. The homes full bath is located on this level, along with a full-size washer and dryer.
The complex has a pool, tennis courts in the summer. The year round sauna is no longer available
