Seven can relax in the living area, which features a 45” flat screen TV. You’ll find both a formal dining area with seating for up to ten, plus a breakfast nook with room for four. Nearly any dining setup is possible—from big family-style dinners to an intimate meal for two. The kitchen is fully updated with granite countertops, gas oven and range, breakfast bar with barstools, and a suite of small appliances, plus essential cookware to make meal prep a pleasure.
Frolic in the fenced yard on a half acre lot—an ideal play spot for kids of all ages. The property is located on a quiet road that dead-ends to Blackwood Creek 100 yards from home. The house sleeps 12 in five bedrooms, three of which are on the upper floor. The master is furnished with a king-size bed and 55” flat screen TV with cable, and enjoy the convenience of an en-suite bath with double granite vanities, deep soaking tub, and walk-in shower. The second bedroom, perfect for kids and teens, has a summer camp feel with its two sets of twin bunk beds (narrower than a normal size twin) and two additional twin beds. The third bedroom features a king-size bed and 25” flat screen TV with DVD and VHS player. This bedroom shares the upstairs full guest bath with the second bedroom. The remaining two bedrooms, on the main floor, are ideal for those for whom stairs are a bit of a challenge. Located on the lake side of Highway 89, this home enjoys walkable access to Tahoe Pines’s private HOA beach and pier. Bring your bikes—it’s also conveniently close to the bike path, making both Tahoe City and Sugar Pine Point easily accessible. There are lots of excellent restaurants within walking distance, including West Shore Café and Swiss Lakewood Restaurant. Homewood Ski Resort is just a minute away by car.
PLEASE NOTE: This home may be equipped with outdoor surveillance cameras and electric bear fencing that are utilized for security and bear activity in the area. These cameras in no way infringe upon guests' privacy, and monitor exterior portions of the home exclusively. Decks and BBQ grills may NOT be available during winter months, exterior areas may be icy. This home is not equipped with AC. Per Placer County Short term rental laws, quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am, and no street parking is permitted at any time, including boats and trailers. We recommend purchasing 3rd party trip insurance if you have concerns about canceling your reservation.
