SUMMER LEASE AVAILABLE - June, July to Sept 15, $4,000 a month, includes utilities. One, two or all months can be leased. Sorry no pets.  Max. of 4 people - one per bedroom, unless they are children. Parking for two cars only.  This home has already been leased from Jan- May 2023.


St Francis Condos are a wonderful, quiet complex right on the lake. These condos have so much for the family, tennis, volleyball, horseshoe pits, outdoor BBQ area, pier and pool. This freestanding unit is about 1 minute walk to the lake and is also close to Tahoe City and the bike trails. Newer appliances, two decks with a small peak of the lake. Nice clean unit in a upscale complex.  This does not have a BBQ but there is a BBQ guests can use in the complex garden. There are three bedrooms on the entry level with a full bath. Bedroom one and two both have a queen bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds.  There is also a washer and dryer. Upstairs is the open plan living, dining, kitchen and the fourth bedroom with a queen bed and a second full bath. 
*Hot tub closed after Labor Day. Indoor Spa open from Thanksgiving through spring.

PLEASE NOTE: This home may be equipped with outdoor surveillance cameras and electric bear fencing that are utilized for security and bear activity in the area. These cameras in no way infringe upon guests' privacy, and monitor exterior portions of the home exclusively. Decks and BBQ grills may NOT be available during winter months, exterior areas may be icy. This home is not equipped with AC. Per Placer County Short term rental laws, quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am, and no street parking is permitted at any time, including boats and trailers. We recommend purchasing 3rd party trip insurance if you have concerns about canceling your reservation.
 

Holiday Booking Policy
CHRISTMAS - Check-In must be by December 20th, 21st, or 22nd. There is a 5 to 7 night minimum stay required. (Must check out by December 28th at latest, to allow 7 days for a New Years Reservation.)**No Check-Ins or Check-Outs on December 24th or 25th
NEW YEARS - Check-In must be on December 27, 28, or 29. There is a 7 night minimum stay required. **No Check-Ins or Check-Outs on December 31st or January 1st
