This Northshore Townhome rents with a Sunday to Sunday arrival-departure only from July 7th to August 26th. Only Sunday to Sunday stays will be confirmed during this timeframe. 

*** Maintenance Disclaimer: The oven at this home has a non-functional display, but will heat and bake normally. Guests must use the interior thermometer to gauge oven temperature. This will not be fixed any time soon. If this will be an issue for your group, do not rent this home.

Truly breathtaking panoramic Lake Tahoe views from this elegantly appointed Northshore Townhome. From the moment you step in the door, this home will welcome you with its warm décor with outstanding views from the great room, dining room and kitchen. The home's large deck sits right above the white sand beach and cobalt blue waters of Lake Tahoe. There is a very nice OW Lee outdoor dining table, lounge chairs and Gas BBQ to enjoy entertaining a la fresco.

The great room is all an open plan with plenty of seating, with a second sofa and chair in front of the wood burning fireplace - just a perfect spot to play board games. The dining area seats 8 people and is ideal for entertaining. The kitchen is nicely equipped with everything you need, a gas range, microwave, dishwashers, all with great views of the lake!

One of the two master bedrooms is on this main living level with a new queen bed and an en-suite bath. Upstairs there are two more bedrooms, both with two twin beds and a nice size guest bath with separate sink and bath areas. The second master suite has stunning lake views, a large seating area, new flat screen TV and big en-suite bath with two sinks and a separate shower area - perfect for couples.

The Northshore Townhomes boasts a private beach with chairs and umbrellas, pier, swimming pool and tennis courts, all a very short stroll from this home. The location of the complex is just a couple of minutes from Tahoe City, where there are a number of family-friendly restaurants and a Safeway. It is also a short drive away from Palisades Tahoe and Alpine Meadows. Add it all up and this is the ideal home for your Tahoe Holiday.

PLEASE NOTE: This home may be equipped with outdoor surveillance cameras and electric bear fencing that are utilized for security and bear activity in the area. These cameras in no way infringe upon guests' privacy, and monitor exterior portions of the home exclusively. Decks and BBQ grills may NOT be available during winter months, exterior areas may be icy. This home is not equipped with AC. Per Placer County Short term rental laws, quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am, and no street parking is permitted at any time, including boats and trailers. We recommend purchasing 3rd party trip insurance if you have concerns about canceling your reservation. 

Cancellation Policy / Cancellation fee: If cancellation is made more than 60 days of arrival, a cancellation fee of $100 plus the 4% booking fee will be applied.
If the cancellation is made within 60 (or less) days of arrival, the entire rent will be retained unless Wells and Bennett Realtors is able to re-rent the specified property.
If the property is re-rented, a cancellation fee of $100 plus the 4% booking fee will still apply, but the remainder of rent will be refunded after the replacement guests have checked out.

Holiday Booking Policy
CHRISTMAS - Check-In must be by December 20th, 21st, or 22nd. There is a 5 to 7 night minimum stay required. (Must check out by December 28th at latest, to allow 7 days for a New Years Reservation.) **No Check-Ins or Check-Outs on December 24th, 25th
NEW YEARS - Check-In must be on December 27, 28, or 29. There is a 7 night minimum stay required. **No Check-Ins or Check-Outs on December 31st or January 1st
